밑에 고수맘과 초보맘님들을 위한 글을 쓴 것을 보고서,
제가 다은이와 처음 영어를 접했을 때가 생각이 났습니다.
다은이 태어나고 10개월무렵부터 생활영어를 사용하기 시작했는데,
그 때가 새록새록 떠오르더군요~
다은이가 돌 무렵에 끼고 살았던 책...
한글 책 중에 '보아요' 시리즈 중 '두드려보아요' 아시나요?
이 책의 영작문을 인터넷에서 찾아서 다은이와 함께 재미있게 활용했던 기억이 나더군요..
혹시나...쑥쑥을 힘들게만 여겨하시거나 초보맘님들을 위해 제가 했던 영어단어 인지 방법을
한 번 올려보고자 합니다...

두드려보아요
이 책은 한글책으로서 울 다은이가 너무나도 좋아하는 책이네요.
이 책을 좋아하는 이유는 딱 하나~
두드리는 행동때문,...^^
그리하여 이 책을 영어로 번역해 주면 좋을 듯하여 번역하여 읽어주기 시작했습니다.
There's a little house under the green tree.
Shall we come into the house and see who lives there?
A blue door.
Knock the door.
Knock! Knock!
Who is in it?
Little Michael.
He messed up the room and is beating the drum.
A red door.
Knock! Knock!
Who is in it?
Seven rabbits.
They're having carrots and lettuces.

Who is in it?
Four monkeys.
They're playing together with throwing cushions.
A yellow door.

Who is in it?
A dwarf man.
He's watering the plant and the cat's eating its meal.
A white door.

Who is in it?
Five little bears.
Two are brushing their teeth and three have alredy gone to bed.
A blue door again.

Isn't there anybody else?
Yes. The moon is here.
Come out of the house and look outside.
이렇게 번역하여 읽어준 후 이미 만들어놓은 모양부직포에 찍찍이를 붙인 후
그 부직포를 door역할을 하게끔하였는데...
There are three doors. green, pink, yellow
What is behind the green door?
let's open the green door.
knock knock
What is it?
It's a watermelon.
It looks so very very delicious.
What is behind the yellow door?
let's open the yellow door.

What is it?
It's a cow.
How do cows say?
Mow~~~Mow~~
What is behind the pink?
let's open the pink door.

It's a pig..
oink..oink..
이런식의 부직포를 이용한 놀이를 하면서 다은이에게 사물과
동물에 대한 인지를 시켜주었지요~~^^
