베이징 올림픽 야구경기 보며 야구에 관한 책 이만~~큼 올렸던 기억이 납니다.
아이들의 흥미와 관심을 끌고 있는 주제가 있을 때 밀어붙이자.. 주의인 제가
어제 김연아 선수의 경기를 보며 불타는 마음에 눈시울 붉히며 컴 앞에 앉아
이 놈의 알아듣지 못할 전문 용어들부터, 얼마나 많은 노력으로 최고의 자리에 오를 수 있는가 까지를 다~~
두루두루 설명해 준 책이 없을까? 찾아보았는데...
에궁... 국내에 시판되는 거이 거의 없더군요.
CAM JANSEN 시리즈에 스케이트를 소재로 뭐 잃어버린 키 찾는 내용이 하나 나와 있고,
그 유명한 안젤리나 발레리나 시리즈 중에서도 하나 나와 있는데...
시중에서 구입 가능한지 모르겠네요.
그리고 제가 원하는 내용에 가장 가까운 책인것 같은데... 아, 요거라면 정말 소장하고 싶군요.
Eight-year-old Sophie has set her sights on becoming a professional ice skater, devoting five mornings and three afternoons a week to lessons at the rink, and now she prepares for a competition. The story line gracefully shares space with watercolor sidebars that give behind-the-scenes background (for example, the proper way to tie a skate, the types of clothes skaters wear, how to get up after a fall). A master at capturing bodies in motion, Isadora also delineates the various moves, from backward wiggles ("Move your hips from side to side and pretend you're a puppy wagging your tail") to laybacks, toe loops and spins. There's even a little ballet tucked in, as Sophie takes two ballet lessons a week. Perhaps most importantly, however, Isadora captures the sheer joy that fuels young athletes: thinking about the competition, Sophie says, "I won't have to remember to smile. This program is so much fun!" A winning score for Isadora once again. Ages 4-8. (Sept.)

이 눈물의 값진 의미를 알기에 어제 같이 펑펑 울면서도 한나도 안 *팔렸습니다... ㅋㅋㅋ
그나저나... 야구 할 땐 야구, 스케이트 할 땐 스케이트.. 가 배우고 싶다면 워쩌야 하나요?
심지어 어제 축구 경기장 가서는 걍 그자리에서 축구선수로 꿈을 바꿔버리면?? 그래라,, 그럴까요? ㅎㅎ
