입체북 "피노키오" 입니다.
우리 가은이 거짓말 하면 코가 길어진다니 신기했나봅니다.
길어진 피노키오의 코를 이리만지고 저리만지고 하네요...
전 입체북들을 도서관에서 대여해서 가은이 보여주고 있구요!
새로들어온 신간에 입체북이라 인기가 많네요
토욜갔더니.. 글쎄 "바람과 해" 한권만 딸랑 남고 다 대여 중이지 뭡니까^^
얼마전 롯데마트 갔더니 입점해 있더라구요..
아마 인터넷 서점에서도 구매 가능하겠죠^^

Once upon a time, there lived Mr. Jepito.
옛날 옛적에 제피토라는 할아버지가 살았답니다.
He had no child.
할아버지는 아이가 없었어요
so, he always wished for a baby.
그래서 항상 아기가 있었으면 하고 바랬지요
one day, he got a talking block of wood.
어느날, 할아버지는 말하는 나무토막을 구했답니다.
and he made Pinocchio with it.
그리고는 나무토막으로 피노키오를 만들었지요..
Pinocchio didn't listen to Jepito and went out to play.
피노키오는 할아버지의 말을 듣지 않고 바깥으로 놀러 나갔답니다.
and he happened to meet puppet theater.
그리고 우연히 유랑극단을 만나게 되었지요
he enjoyed himself to the full in the theater.
피노키오는 극단에서 마음껏 즐겼답니다.
He came out of the theater with five gold coins.
피노키오는 금화 다섯닢을 받아서 극단에서 나왔지요.
and he was walking across the hill when he met the fox and the cat.
그리고 언덕을 가로질러 걷다가 여우와 고양이를 만났답니다.
he was tricked into storing his gold coins in the ground
피노키오는 그들에게 속아서 땅속에 금화들을 묻었구요
they tricked him out of all his money.
그들은 피노키오를 속여서 그의 돈을 몽땅 빼앗았지요
That night, he told a lie to the angel though he knew it was wrong.
그날밤 피노키오는 나쁜줄 알면서도 천사에게 거짓말을 했답니다.
Soon, his nose was getting longer and longer.
그러자 그의 코가 점점 길어 졌어요.
이때쯤 아이에게 주의를 주지요^^
You shouldn't tell a lie.
: 거짓말을 해서는 안 된단다.
It is wrong to tell a lie.
: 거짓말하면 나빠요
But, he went to the toy land.
하지만 피노키오는 장난감 나라로 가고 말았답니다.
he loves to play everyday.
매일 노는게 너무 좋았지요.
by the way, 그런데
one day, all the children of the toy land
started to change themselves into donkeys.
어느날 장난감 나라의 모든 아이들의 모습이
당나귀로 변하기 시작했어요
at last, he was sorry for what he has done.
마침내 피노키오는 자기가 한짓을 뉘우쳤지요
he heard about Jepito was eaten by a whale.
피노키오는 할아버지가 고래에게 잡아 먹혔다는 것을 알게 되었답니다.
So, he went to swim in the sea to find the whale.
그래서 고래를 찾기위해 바다로 헤엄쳐 갔지요.
at last, he met Jeppito inside the tummy of the whale.
마침내 고래의 뱃속에서 피노키오는 할아버지를 만났어요.
and they was able to escape without accident.
그리고 그들은 무사히 탈출할 수 있었지요
He wouldn't tell a lie any more, would he?
피노키오는 더이상 거짓말을 하지 않을 거야 그치?
책을 반납한 후라
대충 기억나는데로 스토리를 활용해봤네요
매끄럽지 못한 부분도 있을텐데^^..
