우선 기본적으로 생각할수 있는 단순 분류를 해본다.

1.여러 가지 단추를 분류해본다.(단순분류연습)

Here are lots of button
They are different size, color, hole and shape.
Let's sort them.let's sort the buttons by size.
big button and small button.
let's sort the buttons by color.
green button , red button, and blue button.
let's sort the buttons by hole.
two holes, four holes.
let's sort the buttons by shape.
round button, square button, rectangle button.

2.분류의 기준을 두가지 이상 정해본다.

크기-단추구멍수, 색깔-모양, 크기-모양...등등..

두가지 속성을 함께 구별하여 정리하는 테이블을 만들어본다.
이과정에서 놀이를 해본다.

색종이로 동그라미를 오리고, 스티커로 단추구멍을 만든다.
스케치북에 아이와 함께 정한 기준..색깔과 단추구멍을 기준으로 테이블을 그리고
각각 빈칸에 어떤 단추를 만들어 넣을수 있는지 이야기하며
단추를 만든다.

테이블을 완성한후..

각 가로와 세로별로 어떤것이 같고 어떤것이 다른지 이야기해본다.

What is the same in this column?

단추를 만드는 동안
무엇이무엇이 똑같을까..노래 곡조에 맞춰서

One hole, yellow button, they might be~~

혹은 스티커를 붙이고 나서
가로 세로 한줄씩 짚어가면서 같은 곡조로 노래한다.
