Is student life all good?

미국의 몇몇 지혜로운 학부모들은 자신의 아이들이 고등학교에 가면 아이들의 차도 사주지 않고, 공부하라고 시키지도 않는대요. 자신의 아이들이 스스로 하는 습관을 대학에 들어가기 전에 미리 키워줘서 대학교에 갔을 때 혼란스러워하지 말라는 거죠. 한국에서도 몇몇 학부모들이 그렇게 하고 있다고 해요! 그렇게 되면 생활비 걱정도 없어지고, 음식이나 집안일도 잘 해결할 수 있겠죠? 미리 혼자 하는 버릇을 들이면 향수병도 덜할것 같아요!
A lot of college students get out of their familly house and live at their college. Then they need to earn money for themselves, do their housework and schoolwork at the same time. Until high school, students only do their schoolwork. Their family does the housework, and they get money for the student. College life might be confusing for the students.
I think that we might follow the U.S.'s tradition of making their children get ready to live on their own from high school. The U.S.'s smart parents make their children get ready for their own life from high school. They never buy a car for their children, and never help their children's studys.
