그래도 주중에 서너번 들었고 단어도 찾아 보았습니다.

According to the statistics Summer-born kids perform much worse in tests and less likely to go to university.
That makes some parents who has summer-born kid feel unpleasant because all parents want their kid doing well in his or her school and get higher education.
For the reason the British government made new rules in which the admission age can changed by parents.
It seems not adress those corcerns, though.
If more and more parents send their kids to school a year later, there is a wide gap of age between children in same classroom and that is the very first problem which caused this issue.
That doesn't make sense, just irony.
통계에 따르면 여름에 태어난 아이들은 테스트에서 성과를 잘 내지 못하며 대학도 덜 간다고 한다.
모든 부모는 자기 아이가 학교에서 잘 하기를 바라고 높은 교육을 받기 원하기 때문에 그것은 여름에 태어난 아이를 둔 부모의 기분을 언잖게 만드는 통계다.
그런 이유로 영국 정부는 입학 나이를 부모가 바꿀 수 있다는 내용이 포함된 새로운 룰을 만들었지만 그것이 문제를 해결할 것으로 보이지는 않는다.
만약 더 더 많은 부모가 자기 아이를 일 년 늦게 학교를 보내게 되면 같은 교실에 있는 아이들간의 나이 차이는 더욱 커지게 될 것이고, 그것이 바로 이것을 이슈로 만든 그 첫번째 문제점이기 때문이다.
이런 정책은 말이 안되며 아이러니할 뿐이다.
