The story behind coffee

This week we talked about coffee. They taked about how complicated the business of selling coffee is. It has come a long way since instant coffee to a lifestyle drink. Coffee business is the 2nd biggiest commodity in the world. So that meens that the price of coffee is changing every hour.
Coffee is made by coffee producer's grow coffee beens but they don't get much profit. Because in between the traders get all the (or most of the) profits. So the individual growers are struggling to stay in buisiness. That's why some plantations are trying to tend the farms organnically. And try to give out more profit.
So the next time you see coffeee I hope you remember this story.
