More, More, More, Said the Baby 사랑스러운 아이의 웃음소리에 매료되어 덥썩 구입했던 책입니다. 처음 샀을 적만 해도 채원이가 별로 관심을 안 갖고 잘 보지 않아서 속상해 했던 책 중에 하나이기도 합니다. 오디오 듣는 것에 이제 익숙해져서인지 몰라도.. 이 테잎이 끝나면.."Mommy!!! More, more, more~~"하면서 온 방안과 거실을 뛰어다니면서 난리가 납니다... 책 내용은 : '세가지 사랑 이야기'로, 세 가족의 모습이 나와 있습니다. Little guy에서는 도망가는 노랑머리의 백인 아이를 아빠가 덥썩 안아 하늘로 띄워주면서 배에다가 뽀뽀하고 깔깔대면 웃는 모습을, 두 번째 Little pumpkin에서도 도망가는 곱슬머리 흑인 아이와 백인 할머니가 껴안고 뽀뽀하는 모습을 그리고 세 번째 Little bird에서는 검은 머리의 황색 피부의(꼭 울 채원이를 닮은^^;;) 아이가 엄마 품에서 "음음음~"거리면 곤히 잠을 자는 모습입니다. 말 그대로 너무나 사랑스러운 책이랍니다. 오늘 채원이가 자기전에 오후에 (스케치북에 그린) 그림을 코팅한것을 가지고 놀면서 재웠습니다. Little guy를 갖고 오디오를 들으면서 배꼽에 쪽쪽 키스해대고, "Just look at you with your perfect belly button right in the middle right in the middle right in the middle of your fat little belly." Little pumpkin을 갖고 발가락에 뽀뽀해대다가 한대 걷어차이고..ㅜㅜ "Just look at you with your ten little toes right on the ends right on the ends right on the ends of your two little feet good enough to eat." 마지막 Little bird를 채원이 손에 주고는 눈과 코를 쓰다듬어주고 꼭 안아주었습니다. 노래 끝나고 나니깐 그려주었던 그림을 꼭 껴안고 자더군요... (그린 보람이..) "Just look at you with your two closed eyes right on either side right on either side right on either side of your neat little nose." "Do you know how much I love you?" "...."(자는 척 실눈을 떠 갖고는... 대답을 안하더군요..어흑~~T,,T) LITTLE GUY This is Little Guy. Little Guy runs away so fast Little Guy's daddy has to run lice anything just to catch that baby up. But Little Guy's daddy catches that baby up all right. He throws that baby high and swings that baby all around. "oh you're a great little guy," Little Guy's daddy sings to Little Guy. "Just look at you with your perfect belly button right in the middle right in the middle right in the middle of your fat little belly." Then Little Guy's daddy brings that baby right up close and give that little guy's belly a kiss right in the middle of the belly button. "More," laughs Little Guy. "More. More. More." LITTLE PUMPKIN Now that is Little Pumpkin. Little Pumpkin scoots away so fast Little Pumpkin's grandma has to run like anything just to catch that baby up. But Little Pumpkin's grandma catches that baby up all right. She holes that baby nose to nose and swings that baby all around. "oh, my best little grandbaby," Little Pumpkin's grandma sings to Little Pumpkin. "Just look at you with your ten little toes right on the ends right on the ends right on the ends of your two little feet good enough to eat." Then Little Pumpkin's grandma brings that baby right up close and tastes each of Little Pumpkin's toes. "More," laughs Little Pumpkin. "More. More. More." LITTLE BIRD Now comes Little Bird. Little Bird falls asleep so fast Little Bird's mama has to move like anything just to catch that baby up. But Little Bird's mama lift that baby in her arms all right. She rocks that baby back and forth and gets that baby ready for bed. "oh my best little baby," Little Bird's mama sings to Little Bird. "Just look at you with your two closed eyes right on either side right on either side right on either side of your neat little nose." Then Little Bird's mama brings that baby right up close. She gives that little bird a kiss right on each of her little eyes. "Mmm," breathes Little Bird. "Mmm. Mmmm. Mmmm."
