No person has ever had a painless life. It would be dull if there were such people, because those wouln't have that special something  that is dear to them. We have our family which is a source of our happiness but also a reason for pain. We can't always be happy for it would be against the definition of the word to be so. Imagine the only thing you had to love was a rag doll. You would be happy for your companion yet sad because there isn't much you can do for it. In this book, Alyosha is constantly being driven to and fro because of his two brothers. But he loves them. Even with their many faults. For this part of the book, I would like you to find things or people that you are willing to love in spite of the hardships they might give.
