이것도 쉽지 않네요. 이 부분은 포기하고 넘어갈까 하고 생각도 해 보았지만 역시 정리를 하고 넘어가야 시원할 것 같아요.
아이들 책에는 동물그림이 많이 나오는데 나올 때마다 자꾸 거슬리더군요.
그래서 나름대로 여기저기 찾아보고 알아보았습니다.
런투리드 책이 없어도 쉽게 공부할 수 있는 방법이 밑에 있습니다.

There are many animals and people on the farm.
What kinds of animals do you see?
Two ducks are beside a girl who waves her hand.
One duck is drinking water from the bucket. The duck seems to be thirsty.
The other is behind the girl.
A boy is feeding a lamb. The lamb seems to be hungry.
A pig is behind the boy. The pig seems to be shy.
달걀을 가리키며 Wow, there are many eggs in the basket.
Who lays eggs? A hen does.
Three chicks are beside the rooster. Chicks, chicks, yellow chicks!
Oh! Here is one more in the girl’s pocket. It’s so cute.
Look, there is a cowboy by the fence with a cow. He is wearing a cowboy hat.
Where is your cowboy doll?(카우보이 옷을 입은 인형을 가리킵니다.).
They are wearing same hat.
People are waving their hands saying hello to you.

It is morning time. How do you know that? Yes, the sun is up.
Here is a den and there are many animals around the den.
What kinds of animals do you see?
Roosters, chicks, dogs, pigs, cats, horses, cows, ducks, a turkey, a frog and a bird in the tree.
그리고 책을 보고 각각 노래를 불러줍니다.
활용
1. Rooster가 있는 쪽에는 fence밑에 개구리와 고양이가 있어요.
강아지가 있는 쪽에는 grasshopper가, turkey가 있는 쪽에는 mouse가 있고,
donkey가 있는 곳에는 bird가 있습니다.
마지막 쪽에 남자아이 옆에는 lamb, rooster옆에는 chick들이 있지요.
자세히 보세요. 아이들이 오히려 엄마들 보다 세밀히 보기도 한답니다.
Tape없이 책을 보고 노래를 할 때 아래의 것도 넣어서 노래 해 보세요.
A frog by the fence says “Ribbit, ribbit”
A cat by the fence says “Meow, meow”
A grasshopper at the porch says “hop, hop, hop”의성어 이지만 그냥 함께 공부해요.
A mouse in the straw says “cheep,cheep "또는 squeak!
A bird on the donkey says “ tweet, tweet “
A duck by the girl says “Quack, quack“
A lamb by the boy says “Baa, baa”
Chicks by the rooster says “Cheep, cheep”

Eensy- weensy Spider노래에 맞춰서 불러보세요.
Sweetly sings the donkey, at the break of day.
If you do not feed him, this is what he will say,
“Hee-hee-haw, Hee-hee-haw, Hee-hee-haw, Hee-hee-haw, Hee-hee-haw.
각각 동물과 울음소리를 바꿔가면서 노래 해 보세요.
3. 이렇게도 해 보세요. 아주 유용하네요.

Meow like a cat! Meow, Meow! 고양이처럼 울어라. 야옹~
Moo like a cow! Moo, Moo! 소처럼 울어라~ 음매,음매~
Oink like a pig! Oink, oink! 돼지처럼 꿀꿀거려라, 꿀꿀
Quack like a duck! Quack, quack! 오리처럼 울어라. 꽥꽥~
Roar like a lion! Roar! 사자처럼 울어라. 어흥~

아이들은 동물들에게 관심이 많으니까 책에 동물그림이 나오면 한번씩 꼭 하고 넘어가면 일부러 따로 시간을 내서 공부하지 않아도 되지요. 의성어는 아이들이 재미있어 합니다.
