아이들에게 우리 주위에서 쉽게 볼수있는 여러 모양에 대해 알려주고 싶어서 이런 놀이를 생각해보았답니다. 영어의 대화는 늘 한계가 있어서 주제가 정해지고 미리 준비를 하는것이 중요하더라구요. 아직은 어린아이들(17~24개월이전)이라서 간단한 특징들만 가지고 이야기 해보려합니다. 준비물은 얼굴이 가려질 만큼의 동그라미, 세모, 네모를 준비하시면 됩니다. 세가지 기본모양과 세가지 기본색상을 배합하여 색에 대한 이야기를 해도 좋구요. Hi, babies. I'm so happy to introduce shape friends. Their names are circle, triangle, and square. Can you say their names? (아이들이 원하는대로 순서를 진행합니다.) Babies : circle! circle! round round round (굴리면서 등장시킵니다.) Oh! who do you call me? My name is circle. I have a round shape. (아이들이 만져보도록 합니다.) I have no side. I have no angle. The round shape is the sun, a ball. and a clock. (주위를 살펴 더 많은 것들을 이야기 하면 좋겠지요?) Oh! I'm very busy. I go home now. Bye-bye. (Babies : Bye-bye, circle.) Can you say the other name? Babies: triangle. triangle one, two, three...! one, two, three..! (세모의 특성이 나타나도록 굴리며 바닥에 쿵.쿵.쿵 세면이 닿도록 등장시킨다.) Oh! who do you call me? My name is triangle. I have three angles. I have three sides. The triangle shape is the mountain, the hat, the ship. Oh! I'm very busy. I go home now. Bye-bye. (Babies : Bye-bye, triangle.) Can you say the other name? Babies: square, square one, two, three, four...! one, two, three, four..! Oh! who do you call me? My name is square. I have four angles. I have four sides. The square shape is the television, the door, the book... Oh! i'm very busy. I go home now. Bye-bye. (Babies : Bye-bye, square.) 너무 간단하지요? 더 욕심을 낸다해도 아직은 아이들에게 무리일듯 해서 이정도로 몇번 반복해주면 좋아할겁니다. 아이들과 재미있는 시간 만들어 보세요.
