[영어요리]'사랑과영양 5' 너트설기떡 > 콘텐츠 공모전

재료: 멥쌀가루 5컵(소금넣어 빻은 것),설탕4큰술,물5큰술,코코아가루20g,계피가루1작은술,쵸콜렛,

견과류가루1~2컵정도(땅콩,호두,해바라기씨등등),찜솥,찜기(대나무찜기 가로 약20cm사용했음)

ingredients : nonglutinous rice flour(with some salt) 5cups, sugar 4T, water 5T, cocoa powder 20g, nuts powder(peanut, walnut, sunflower seed, etc.) 1-2cups, cinnamon powder 1t, chocolate,

a steam cooker, a steamer

1. 멥쌀을 5시간이상 물에 불려 물기를 뺀다음 소금을 넣어 곱게 빻아 채에 내려주세요.

방앗간에 가시면 간단히 끝나겠네요..

Soak nonglutinous rice in the water and then drain the water.

Grind the rice to powder to strain the rice flour with salt. Or go to a rice mill.

2. 견과류는 기호대로 집에 있는 걸 사용하시면 됩니다.

고소하게 전자렌지나 후라이팬에 구워서 준비하신 후, 믹서에 갈아주세요.

Use nuts in your house. Roast the nuts in a microwave oven or a frying pan to make them tasty

and then grind the nuts.

3. 양손으로 쌀가루를 비벼가며 물을 넣어주세요..반죽을 한손 주먹지어 툭 던져 보세요..

손자국이 난 반죽 덩어리가 두조각 나며 부셔지면 반죽 OK!

채에 다시 한번 내려주세요..곱게곱게

Mix the rice flour with water. Fist the mixture and throw it. If it is divided into 2, the mixture is done.

Strain it again to make it fine.

4. 고운 쌀가루에 설탕, 견과류,계피를 넣고 섞어주세요..

Add sugar, nuts powder, and cinnamon to the fine rice flour.

여기서 잠깐~도레미솔~헤헤

쌀반죽은 한컵당 물1큰술,설탕1큰술입니다.설탕 조절 하셔도 됩니다.

rice flour:water:sugar=1cup:1T:1T. Add sugar to taste.

5, 솥에 물을 넣고 불을 켜주세요.

Put water in the steam cooker and heat it.

6. 대나무 찜기에 4의 가루를 부워 평평하게 펴준 후, 젓가락을 놓고 십자나 6등분 정도로 살짝 칼집을 넣어요.

그래야 떡이 부서지지 않는다는군요.. 쪄 놓은 후에도 자르기 편하답니다.

Put the rice flour evenly in the bamboo steamer.

Cut it into 4 or 6 equal parts with a chopstick and a knife.

It's easy to cut it after cooked.

7. 김이오른 찜통에 찜통을 얹고 20분정도 찐 후, 대꼬치로 찔러보아 날가루가 묻어 나지 않으면 불을 끄고 3분쯤 뜸을 들입니다.

Place the bamboo steamer on the heated steam cooker and steam the rice flour for 20 minutes.
Stick it with a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, steam it thoroughly for about 3 minutes.

8. 식힘망에서 한김 식힌 후 코코아 가루를 솔솔 뿌리고 준비해둔 쵸코렛이나 남은 견과류로 장식해주세요..

Cool enough and sprinkle cocoa powder on the cake and decorate with chocolate and nuts.

여기까지입니다. 어렵다구요? 솔직히 까다롭죠..뭐든 익숙해지면 쉽잖아요..

처음엔 설기떡이라고 물도 넣지 않고 쪄보던 시절도 있었습니다.
