    leek (ºÎÃß) 150g, pork (µÅÁö°í±â) 100g, 2 ginger cloves (»ý°­ 2ÂÊ),

   1/4 head of onion (¾çÆÄ 1/4°³), 8 breads (²É»§ 8°³),

   1 tablespoon of rice wine (ûÁÖ1Å«¼ú), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (°£Àå 2Å«¼ú),

   1/2 teaspoon of salt (¼Ò±Ý 1/2ÀÛÀº¼ú), some sesame oil (Âü±â¸§ ¾à°£), oil (½Ä¿ëÀ¯)

  

 

 

 

 

2. Making (¸¸µé±â)

 

¨ç Wash  the vegetables.

    ¾ßäµéÀ» ¾Ä¾î¿ä.

 

¨è Julienne the onion and chop the leeks into 4-5cm.

    Peel and julienne the ginger.

    ¾çÆÄ¸¦ ä½ä°í ºÎÃ߸¦ 4-5cmÀÇ ±æÀÌ·Î ½ä¾î¿ä.
