A Chinese stuffed pancake 호떡

One of my all the time favorite food has got to be the simplest thing you can make.
내가 즐겨먹는 음식 중 하나는 만들기가 아주 간단하다.
Today's Cooking is a Chinese stuffed pancake. Get ready.
오늘의 요리는 호떡입니다. 준비해봐요.
Cooking Tools : pan, mixing bowl, rubber spoon, spatular, dish or plate, 누르개(pusher ??), a Chinese stuffed pancake mix, mixing jam
재료소개 : 팬, 믹스 볼, 러버 스푼(주걱용), 뒤집개, 접시, 누르개, 호떡 믹스, 호떡 믹스 쨈
Open the a Chinese stuffed pancake mix.
호떡믹스를 열자.
Put them in a mixing bowl.
그것을 믹스 볼에 넣자.
And knead them into the water(260ml) and the yeast(8g).
그리고 물(260ml)와 이스트(8g)을 넣고 반죽하자.
Put some wrap the mixing bowl on top. Place it in 30 minutes at warm place.
반죽을 30분 정도 따뜻한 곳에 랩을 덮어두자.
Put some kneading into the mixing jam.
약간의 반죽에 호떡 믹스 쨈을 넣자.
Pour a pan in the edible oil and prehead a pan .
식용유를 두르고, 팬을 예열하자.
Cook them until the kneading is golden brown.
호떡 덩이가 황금색이 될 때까지 요리하자.
Sometimes press it the pusher slightly. And flip the kneading.
가끔 가볍게 호떡을 누르개로 누르자. 그리고 호떡 덩이를 뒤집자.
Take a Chinese stuffed pancake off the pan.
호떡을 팬에서 꺼내자.
Mom, it's so cold. 엄마 추워요.

그래 정말 춥구나. 이런 날씨에는 호떡이 참 좋을 것 같다.
