-과일 케이크-
오늘은 다은이와 다은이의 친구와 함께 집에 있는 재료들을 이용하여..
나름 과일케이크라는 것을 만들어 보았네요..*^^*
진행할 때에는...다은이 친구와의 원활한 진행을 위해 한국어를 사용!!
분위기는 산만과 즐거움!!!^^
다은이 혼자가 아닌 둘이서 함께 진행하다보니, 품앗이 하시는 맘들의 힘든 점과 함께
즐거운 점도 함께 느낄 수 있었다는...~~^^;
(조기 보이는 어른은 친구맘이시고...전 입으로 진행했다는~~ㅋㅋㅋ)
그럼 한 번....한국어로 진행했던 요리시간을 영어로 옮기면서 정리해 볼까요??~~~
You two will make the fruit cake all by yourself.
Get ready to cook.....
너희 둘이 스스로 과일 케이크를 만들게 될 거야.
준비하시고....
1. Try to beat an egg in a bowl.
계란 하나를 볼에 깨도록 해.
2. Put some hot cake powder and a little bit of milk I set in the bowl.
그 볼에 내가 준비한 핫케익가루 조금과 우유를 약간 넣어.
3. Mix that mixture well using a whisk.
Please don't taste it.
혼합된 것을 거품기로 잘 저어.
제발 맛을 보지 좀 마라.
4. Spread the mixture by spoonfuls on a beated, oiled pan.
열이 가해진 기름진 팬에 여러 스푼으로 반죽을 떨어뜨려.
5. The oil shouldn't be to hot lest they burn.
So....
Lower heat to let the mixture cook.
Turn when one side is well cooked.
반죽이 타지않으려면 기름이 너무 뜨거우면 안돼.
그래서...
반죽이 익도록 불을 낮추자.
한 쪽면이 다 익으면 뒤집어.
6. Place them on each plate.
각 접시에 이것을 담어.
7. Try to chop various fruits I set
into small p***es while the pan cake gets cold.
팬 케익이 식을동안 내가 준비해 놓은
여러종류의 과일들을 작은 크기로 자르도록 해 봐.
8. Your hot cakes got cold.
Would you cover your hot cakes with each fresh cream?
핫케익이 다 식었네.
각각의 생크림으로 핫케익을 덮어줄래?
9. It's time to decorate with fruit p***es you two chopped.
Put them lovely.
너희 둘이 썰어놓은 과일 조각으로 장식 할 시간이야.
이쁘게 놓아 봐.
10. Ta..da...
You two made the fruit cake.
After cutting it with each knif, eat with rerish.
짜..잔...
너희 둘이 과일 케이크를 만들었네.
각 칼로 자른 뒤에, 맛있게 먹어.
