[영어요리] 속시원한 북어국!
속시원한 북어국!
오늘은 시원한 북어국!입니다. 흔히 북어국하면 속풀이로만 생각하는데..
단백질 만점 북어국은 담백하고 영양가가 높아 아이들의 국으로도 아주 그만이랍니다.
바로 가은이가 좋아하는 국중의 하나랍니다.
오늘은 요놈 끓여 아빠랑 함께...
준비재료>> 찢어 놓은 북어torn dried pollack, , 실파( small green onion) , 달걀(egg)
북어찢은것을 씻고 작게 잘라줍니다.
wash some p***es of torn dried pollack and cut them into small p***es.
cut small green onion into suitable size.
실파는 적당한 크기로 잘라줍니다.
냄비를 달구고
Heat the pot.
북어 찢은것을 넣습니다.
put some p***es of torn dried pollack in it.
참기름을 조금넣고 잠시동안만 저으면서 볶아줍니다.
add a little of sesame oil and fry by stirring for only a short time.
Break an egg and whisk.
달걀 하나를 깨트려 썩어 줍니다
물을 넣고 끓여 줍니다.
put some water in it and boil.
pu small green onion cut in it.
실파 썰어놓은것을 넣어줘요
달걀 풀어놓은것을 원을 그리며 넣어줍니다.
Put whisked egg in a circle.
깨소금과 소금으로 간을 합니다.
Season with powdered sesame mixed with salt and salt.
