-고구마 경단을 만들어보아요-
다은이와 함께 '고구마 경단'을 만들어 보았습니다.
보통 경단에 묻혀지는 콩고물 대신에 카스테라 빵을 가루로 내어서 묻혀본
이색적인 경단이지요..^^
1. We need the smashed sweet-potatoe , the grinded sponge cake
and some milk to make the 고구마 경단.
고구마 경단을 만들기 위해서는 찐 고구마와 가루로 된 카스테라 빵
그리고 약간의 우유가 필요해.
2. First of all....
Let's grind this sponge cake using a sieve and a rice scoop.
Ta--da....
We made this sponge cake into the powder.
제일 먼저....
체와 밥 주걱을 이용해서 카스테라 빵을 가루로 만들자.
짜..잔...
우리가 이 카스테라 빵을 가루로 만들었네.
3. This time....
Smash these sweet-potatoes into a bowl.
이번에는....
이 통 안에서 고구마를 으깨자.
4. Pour much less milk.
And put some sponge cake powder in this.
적은 양의 우유를 붓고, 이 안에 카스테라 가루를 넣어.
5. Let's mix using a rice scoop.
밥 주걱을 이용해서 섞어.
6. Shape it into the ball using your hand.
And cover this with lots of powder.
손을 이용해서 공 모양으로 만들어.
그리고 많은 양의 가루(카스테라 가루)를 묻혀.
7. Place 고구마 경단 on a plate.
접시 위에 고구마 경단을 놓아보자.
자신이 만든 것이면 잘 먹지 않나요??
다은이 또한 마찬가지이지요...
열심히 먹는 다은양..^^

아빠를 위해 남겨둬야한다는군요...이쁜~~~ㅋㅋㅋ
