Today, I read human's attention spans are getting shorter than that of goldfish. Some might be astonished by this fact. But I think this situation is inevitable unless we don't stop using computers, smartphones, and others. And I wondered why that humans began to have less attentions spans than goldfish. And I think I've got an answer : These day's smart devices make people distracted when not using them. What is more, smart devices dos not require that much attention than something we often do without smart devices.
And, I read that people who has smartphones touch their mobiles over 2600 times a day. I have to admit, the time I spend touching my smartphone takes quite a lot. And that might be the perfect reason why human's attention spans are getting shorter.
As attention spans are getting shorter, I predict that in the not-so-far future, there wouldn't be any person on the street who carries analog books and pencil. Why use them when we have smart devices which is much easier to use, and to carry? They are more intelligent too. So we won't be needing them anymore.
But I sometimes think, analog things won't disappear from our lives forever. There will be some people who wants them, though there might be a few, analog things will still be with us.
I don't know why the story went like this, but I hope you enjoyed my opinion. Have a good day :D
