1. 윌버에 비해 읽기가 수월하다는 느낌. 읽으면서 이해가 되는 느낌이 드네요.

2. 공부보다는 재미있는 것에 관심이 많은 친구.

   학급에서 엉뚱한 질문을 던지며 분위기를 이끄는 친구.

3. 항상 사전을 찾으며 공부하는 것을 중요시하는 선생님. 삽화때문인지 자꾸 B사감이 연상됐어요.

4. 우리 집에서 지켜지는 규칙은 외출후 귀가시 손씻고, 얼굴씻고 입니다.

5. 발표때문에 긴장하고 있던 닉이 말을 매우 잘 하다고 생각함.

즉 닉은 언변술이 좋은 아이라 생각됨.

6. 신화와 관련된 동화를 쓰고 싶어요. 아이가 6살인데 그리스로마 신화를 읽고 싶대요.

   도서관에서 찾아보니까 신화의 특성때문인지 책 찾기가 쉽지 않았어요.

   학습만화형태가 주였어요. 유아를 위한 신화를 써보면 좋지 않을까하는 생각이 드네요.

Nick seems to be a boy with a lot of imagination.

3. 닉이 5학년이 되면 만나게 될 국어샘 Mrs. Granger를 소개

Mrs. Granger had a perfect attendance record that stretched back farther than anyone could remember.

Her hair was almost white, swept away from her face and up into something like a nest on the back of her head.

She had two skirt-and-jacket outfits, her gray uniform and her blue uniform, which she always wore over a white shirt with a little cameo pin at the neck.

4. 닉네는 ‘숙제 먼저’규칙

여러분의 가정에는 어떤 규칙들이 있나요?

When my daughter come home from kindergarten, she always wash their hands first. We can’t have a snack before we have a meal.

6. 동화를 쓸 기회가 생긴다면 어떤 내용의 동화를 써보고 싶은가요?

이 책의 표지를 보고 어떤 얘기 인지 가늠은 못했습니다.

장난기 많은 남자아이들의 어떤 클럽에 관련된 이야기였는데.. Frindle 이란 볼펜과 관련이 있을줄은.. ^^

글쓰기에 소질은 없지만 동화를 쓰게 된다면 빨간머리앤처럼 작은 소녀의 모험에 관련된 이야기를 쓰고 싶어요~

1. 1챕터 낭독소감.

여러 가지 표현들을 입을 통해 읽어보니 어떤 표현을 사용할 수 있겠다는 문장들이 더 확연히 보였습니다. 낭독 읽기를 위한 챕터북으로 쉽게 접근할 수 있어 좋았어요.

2. Nick의 성격/ 1챕터

세상을 바라보는 관점이 매우 호기심에 가득차 있고, 개구지고 번득이는 사고와 아이디어 속에 세상을 바라보는 태도가, 매우 집요하고, 탐구를 즐기는 성격이라는 점에서, 나의 사고나 아이의 사고를 어떻게 키울 것인가하는 생각들을 할 수 있었어요.

3. Mrs. Granger 는 어떤 사람인가. (2챕터)

그녀는 겉으로 보이기에 매우 엄격하고, 학구적인 사람이지만, 의외로, 아이들에게 깊은 사고를 위해 필요한 표현들에 대한 명확한 신념을 가지고 있는 듯 합니다. (아직 더 읽어보아야 하겠지만,) 이런 그녀의 성격을 바라볼 때, 한 사람의 멘토가 아이들에게 얼마나 중요한지 알게 됩니다.

4. 우리 가정의 규칙.

반드시, 자기의 방은 자기가 치운다. 치우는 과정들을 통해, 자신이 한 일들을 재인하고,
정리하는 습관을 통해, 훗날 어른이 되었을 때, 자기 관리를 잘하고, 부인의 수고를 덜어주는 지혜로운 남자가 되기를 바래요.

5. 닉이 숙제를 발표하는 장면에서 느낀 점.

닉은 teacher stopper 라는 별명답게 시간끌기로 친구들이 지루해 하는 수업시간을 끝내주려는 의도와, 선생님을 경악하게 할 만큼  지루한 과제를 발표합니다. 그러나, 되려 선생님은 그런 닉을 독려하고, 더 깊이있는 질문을 던지게 되지요. 닉은 당황하지만 그에 질새라, 자기의 의견을 더하고 더합니다. 친구들은 되려 닉 덕택에 더 지루한 수업을 듣는 셈이 되지요. 하지만, 닉에게 있어, 그 시간은, 정말 중요한 사건이 될 듯 합니다. 아직, Frindle 이라는 펜의 새로운 이름에 대한 이야기는 나오지 않았지만,

어떻게, 사물의 본질을 여러 나라에서 그들만의 단어로 만들고, 사회적인 약속을하며, 이어져 왔는지 혹은 시대에 따라, 그 단어(혹은 언어의 의미)가 달라질 수 있는지 깊은 탐색을 할 수 있는 이야기들이 펼쳐질 것 같습니다. 흥미진진합니다.

6. 내게 쓰고 싶은 동화.

글을 쓰는 직업을 가진 저로써, 아들과 함께 독서하는 육아를 해오면서 아이가 책 속의 주인공과 동일한 감정을 느끼는 모습들을 보며, 내 아이를 위한 동화, 내 아이를 위한 옛날 이야기를 많이 지어줘야겠다는 생각을 했습니다. 함께 읽었던, 추억의 동화책들을 재구성하고, 주인공을 아들로 둔 새로운 이야기를 쓰고 있는 중입니다.

Frindle 1st Mission

1. I haven't read aloud a book. It was interesting to read aloud. Unfortunaltey, I couldn't read whole of the book because of my illness of thorat. It was good try for me.

2. Nick Allen would not be a norall kids. He had plenty of ideas, and he knew what do to with it. Also, he is creative.

3. Mrs. Granger had a monopoly and a reputation. She lived alone in a tidy little house in the older part of town. SHe drove an old, pale blue car to school every morning. She had a perfect attendance record that stretched back farther than anyone could remember. Her hair was alomst white, swept away from her face and up into something like a nest on the back of her head. She never wore pants to school.

 
4. In our family, we are not allowed to watch the TV while we are eating.

5. Granger has a proper reason for why asking nick do to assignment. While nick is presenting an assignment, Granger is reacting well for the manner. Also, she said what is wrong for the presenation. She is sometimes so strict for the kids not allowed any other exceptions.

6. I was thinking to write or draw the book for the kids last year. I realized that kids can be changed or get influced by only one book. I want to draw or write something that can be changed kids life. I want to express how to imagine fully for the things that can not be realistic.

1. The sentences are a little long but I remind me of the scenes from the details.

2. I think Nick is smart and curious about the science. Although he will be a troublemaker from the teachers' respectives, he is a child with a creativity and imagination.

3. She is small with dark gray eyes. She always wears a white shirt with a little cameo pin at the neck and her jackets. She will be stubborn and has a firm faith about the words.

4. Me is the queen and the most powerful member of my family.

5. The students enjoy killing the class time and Mrs. Granger cut Nick off. She have to teach the lesson.

  What does "the school" mean ? There are lots of gaps between the students and the teachers.

  The students want to enjoy the class and have some free time. However the teachers want to teach something from the textbook. They are near and yet so far.

6. I want to write my story with lots of fantasy and romance. There will be love, betrayal, suffering, rebirth etc.
